Associate Level Membership in the Chamber is by invitation only and requires approval by CRCC Advisory Board. Upon approval, Associate Members can engage in closed end full transparent transactions with fully vetted Associate Members facilitated by the Chamber through direct relationships of CRCC’s advisory board members and CRCC’s alliance partners.
The CRCC has direct access to its own project funding asset management platform in JV with other partners in support of the Chamber’s domestic and international humanitarian human resource and workforce development initiatives. Qualifying associate members are able to participate in this structured sector.
With an understanding of the associate member's true capabilities or limitations in these areas, the Chamber can generally fill the void. Proper assessment of associate member's capacity serves as a layer of protection of the personal and financial relationships of our advisory board members and participating partners that are brought forth and additionally serves to reduce the mistrust so much associated between parties in very large transaction settings.
All associates must complete and sign CRCC’s code of conduct and NCND documents that serve to allow for the free flow of appropriate information while protecting relationships of the involved parties in current and future transactions. The Chamber creates a trust value in facilitating transactions where all too often lucrative transactions languish and a lost of time and money result when parties understate or overstate their capacities to perform or missing one key component that would allow the transaction to complete successfully.
In CRCC’s closed-end transactions or project funding mechanisms arranged through our advisory board group, considerable attention is given to ensure that qualified parties are engaged on both sides of the transaction. Each party however large or small, is protected in terms of commissions and disbursements.
With a clear understanding of associate member's capabilities certain closed end transactions can be facilitated within the framework of CRCC’s advisory board relationships wherein, Sellers & Buyers are arranged through the Chamber.
As a significant benefit to qualified Associate Members, the CRCC has access to two dependable capital enhancement platforms with successful performance in additional to being partnered with the program managers that can organize special programs exclusively for qualified CRCC Associate Members. Some programs and transactions can be pre-structured for associate members participation. All of the Chamber’s buy/sell transactions are principal secured transactions.
As emphasized in CRCC’s code of conduct included in the membership package, each Associate Member is held to a high standard of business and professional conduct in all business activities. Offending members membership will be revoked with forfeiture of all privileges.
